Keg at the Lab, 21/07/17. Rich amber pour with a decent light beige cap. Nose is sweet malts, bitter orange, light spice, fruit loaf, caramel. Taste comprises caramel biscuits, toasted grains, orange marmalade, residual sugars. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation leading to a semi drying close peppered with hop bitterness. Not bad if a little short of one I’d be keen to return to.
