Cask-conditioned at the Grosvenor, Hanwell 20/5/2017. Hazy gold with a slight, white, head. A touch of grassy hop, lemon and tangerine fruits, grainy malts and a hint of spice, before a gentle finish. Fine.

Cask at the Bootlegger, HW, 03/06/17. Light golden yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is straw, lemon drizzle, faint peach esters, grains, bread dough. Taste comprises wheaten bread, straw, melon, tangerine, lemon rind. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with light grassy hops. Fine for the style but nothing I’d choose to revisit.

Cask handpump at The Library, Cowley Rd, Oxford, Friday 2nd June 2017, off to see Slowdive at the O2 Academy Hazy straw coloured with a white head (film of white sheen), soft mouthfeel, a light wheaty edge but generally erring towards a more hoppy wheat. Refreshing and very decent beer from Aylesbury, my first for a few months. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov15 3.5
