440ml can from the brewery and drunk at home. As Earl Grey Pale Ale, 3.6%. Dark brownish gold, clear with a ring of off-white head. Light perfuming of the bergamot on the nose, with some dried grass and a touch of caramel. Taste starts of sweet but becomes bitter very quickly. Very dry on the finish. Medium body with carbonation in the aftertaste. Interesting and not bad at all.

Gravity cask at the brewery, 28/01/17. Golden orange with a decent off white head of bubbles. Nose is orange peel, straw, melon, floral notes, subtle earl grey tones. Taste comprises light perfume, jasmine, orange rinds, grass, pale malts, earl grey pang, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent flavoursome blonde ... good balance of tea and not over the top but well evident.
