Gravity dispense at Ealing BF, 06/07/16. Reddish amber with a decent light beige head that retains well. Nose is orange marmalade, caramel malt, earthy fruit notes. Taste comprises blood orange, bread, caramel malt, toasted bread, red berry whisper. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent hoppy amber.

Cask at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury consumed Thursday 7th July 2016, A fairly pedestrian red/amber beer, fruity but with lots of maltiness, tastes stronger than 4.9%. However for me the beer has a rough slightly unpleasant bitterness, don’t like this aspect of the beer. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Pours an amber colour with an orange/red tint and a thin frothy off white head. Light toffee malt and citrus aroma, a similar taste sweet toffee light caramel and citrus. A very pleasant citrusy hop bitter finish.
