Gravity dispense at Ealing BF, 06/07/16. Golden blonde with a decent off white head of bubbles. Nose is light citric rinds, vanilla essence, bread dough, pale malt. Taste comprises light floral notes, lemon balm, citric peel, bready malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light hop whisper. Well constructed golde.

Cask at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury consumed Thursday 7th July 2016, After a minute or two this settles to be a clear gold beer, there is a flinty, metallic edge (probably lager malts) I thought that I picked up a touch of butter on the nose but on second and third sniffs not really getting that now. It’s ok but not really floating my boat. A5 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
