[ As Peoples Pints Sour To The People ].Light unclear medium to dark brown - red amber color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart malt, sour malt, vegetables, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, fruity, cabbage water, vegetables, sweet malt, apple - cider, tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat flat. [20140806]

Cask at the Peoples’ Park Tavern - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has a bit of peaty smoke and suggestions of tangy berries. Light sweet flavor with very mellow lactic tang, faint lemon acidity, further smokey edge. Light bodied with fine, soft carbonation. Lightly tang on the finish with a bit of cereal sugar sweetness, some lemon, lingering smoke notes. Gets slightly better as it warms. A for effort.
