Keg at BD Sheps, 09/05/16. Light black with a well appointed tan head that retains well. Nose is rich malt, chocolate, earthy hop notes, faint coffee, treacle toffee. Taste comprises roast malt, dark fruits, liquorice, scorched earth, hint of pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a hoppy underbelly. Solid hoppy porter.

Bottle from Bottle Baron. A bit of a gusher. Dark brown body with a thick beige head. Light lacing. Aroma of plum, milk chocolate and rust. Flavour of blueberries, raspberries and cooking chocolate. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Very fizzy. Over-carbonated with sharp berry flavours. A bit weird.
