Cask @ Ale House, Todmorden. Copper-brown, clear, with a small head. It's malty including some dark malts, but hops are still very much involved.

Cask at Beerwolf Books, Falmouth, 25/04/16. Amber brown with a moderate light beige cap. Nose is biscuit, caramel, light fruit esters, straw. Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, tickle of brown sugar, hint of res berry. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a restrained bitter edge. Drinkable but on the whelming side.

Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol 8/4/2016. Deep copper in colour, with a decent, off-white, head. Aroma of citrus fruit, leafy hops and some bready malts. Flavour was sweetish, with more fruit, some caramel and a dryish finish. Good.
