Keg at BD Bushtucker Trial, 14/04/16. Rich amber topped with a light beige swirl. Nose is big on toffee fudge, vanilla essence, sweet tunes, fruit cake mix. Taste comprises melted toffee, light nutty connotations, caramelised brown sugar, vanilla custard, sweet malt, hint of orange. Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a rising boost. Decent sipper ... A little sweet but kept I’m check with a bitter edge.
