(Cask at Dean Swift, Tower Bridge, London, 28 Nov 2015) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, red fruit and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, red fruit, citrus and a balanced bitterness in a finish with slightly leafy hops. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Cask at the George Inn, Eton (and also at the brewery a few days later), 14/11/15. Reddish amber with a well appointed beige head. Nose is light red berry, biscuit, sweet malt, caramel, straw, background hop presence. Taste picks up a notch, light pine, caramel, earthy berries, airy malt, toasted bread, red grapefruit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy grassy hop linger. Solid hoppy bitter, could equally sit as an amber, similar to the Siren Dinner series in some respects.
