A pale beer with a rounded full-bodied flavour. The aromas are grassy and herby while the flavours are herby with spicy fruits and hints of blackberry and melon. The finish is dry and has a long-lasting bitterness.

Cask at the Victoria Inn, Rugby, 16/09/15. Clear golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is pale malt, hint of sorachi ace notes, melon, straw. Taste comprises light bread dough, sorachi notes, straw, lemon rind, citric pee, lime cordial. Medium bodied, fine carbonation ,semi drying close. Ok golde, subtle sorachi notes ... intended ? Guessing not but they enhanced this one for me.

Cask @ Cask, Manchester. Blonde with a small head. Hoppy with a dry fruitiness throughout its character and plenty of berry-sweetness in its aroma.
