Keg at the taproom, 10/11/14. Clear golden with moderate off white edgeing. Nose is straw, yeast esters, candyfloss, citric peel, orange. Taste comprises apple core, straw, lighter yeast strains of a Belgo variety, bitter citrics. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fairly whelming saison, not much to it.
