Cask at the Farmers Bar, Aylesbury, 28/02/14. Light black with reddish hues and a decent light tan covering. Nose is charr, spice, coffee, chocolate. Taste comprises chocolate cake, earthy hop back notes, liquorice, light roasted tones, mellow fruit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Decent porter.

Cask gravity at Red Lion Snargate. Roasty toasty very good. Almost black. Lasting near white head.
