Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’14, day 1, 02/12/14. Light black with a decent tan covering. Nose is earthy roast, light charr, cardboard, liqourice. Taste comprises leather, dark fruit, aniseed, spice, charr. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light spice. Ok.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, few pale tan bubbles. Light palate, semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts. Mild and unsweet dark chocolate Touch of tangy fruits and spices. Light semi dry finish. Tangy linger. Okay.
