Cask at the CP&K, Pimlicoco, 22/12/14. Clear mahogany brown with a decent khaki covering. Nose is spice, dark malts, fruit cake mix, biscuit, dark fruit peel, toffee. Taste comprises faint cocoa, spice, mincemeat, touch of cinammon, bread pudding, orange rinds. Medium bodied, soft carbonation - in good shape, bitterings in the close. Decent winter warmer, how they should be, not some fucken normal bitter with a flashing light on the pump clip and a pinch of spice!
