Keg at the CP&K, Pimlicoville, 26/11/14. Very lightly hazed chestnut brown topped with a moderate beige swirl. Nose is rich dark fruits, spice, booze fumes, hint bretty, soured fruit, toffee. Taste comprises lactic tones, tarte dark fruit, light char, dates, bitter orange peel, candied fruit rinds. Medium + body, fine carbonation, drying close with a lick’o’booze. Decent enough for style.
