500ml bottle bought from djoeye. Dense, off-white head leaving crocheted lacing behind. Bright golden-brown body, hazy last pour. Firm aroma of caramel malts and citrus. Grainy caramel, grassy hops and citrus to the taste buds. Short-lived leafy hop bitterness to the ending. Easy to drink. Quite alright and food friendly (Tromsø 15.01.2017).

Flaske 500ml fra Kilpishalli. Delt med EgilB, Helge og Rune på Nerstranda 5 Jan 17 som drikke til rakfisk. Mørk amber. Lavt luftig skum. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken litt karamell med spor av sitrusfrukter.

Bottle 50 cl. Amber, clear with a minimal white head. Hops aroma, with light floral and orange sense. Light bitter taste with a short hops end.

Aroma malt, krydder, frukt. Utseende rødbrun med offwhite skum. Smak malt, humle, krydder, karamell. En grei øl som har litt julestemning

Todella runsaasti vaahtoava täysin kirkas, punertavanruskea olut. Tiivis, pienikuplainen ja höttöiseksi muuttuva vaahto jättää reilusti pitsiä. Tuoksu yllättää kivalla greippisellä ja aavistuksen saippuaisella, havuisella humaloinnilla höystettynä kevyellä maltaisuudella. Maussa myös maltaisuutta, mutta ennen kaikkea greippistä humalaa ja varsin runsasta katkeron puraisua. Suututuma lähellä keskitäyteläistä, hiilihappoja hyvin kevyesti. Ehkä hieman laimea ja vetinen loppuliuku tässä on, mutta muutoin oikein kiva, erilainen jenkkityylinen jouluolut.

Bottle 500ml. @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As Olutpaja Jouluolut ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, sugary, riped fruit notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150228]

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy amber, small head. Generous citrusy nose with some passionfruit. Dry and lightly caramelly with grapefruit and passionfruit. Resiny bitter finish. Nice!
