Keg at the White Hart, 24/10/14. Hazed reddish amber with a moderately appointed off white covering that retains well. Nose is candied fruit peel, spice, light Belgian yeast notes, hit of red grapefruit and tropicana, bubblegum. Taste comprises earthy hop notes, more fruit candy, blood orange, grapefruit, spice, citric tinged straw, rye bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent Belgian affair, kind of hopped up tropical cross-over stylee. One of the better beers from the nights roster.

Keg at the White Hart - London. Pours hazy amber with a thick cream cap. The nose has lots of berries, some minerals, grainy bread. Medium sweet flavor with dried berries, grains, berry skins, some earth. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Moderate sweetness to finish, some cherries, dry toasted malts, dried berries. Nicely balanced. Serviceable stuff.

Keg at the brewpub. Murky copper / orange coloured pour with a thin lasting greyish head. Aroma is heavy on the spices, coriander, orange peel, perfume. Some spicy rye on the nose with lavender. Flavour is composed of spicy sweet orange, floral soapy notes. Citrus and lavendar with light caramel and rye grains .palate is airy on the tongue and fairly highly carbonated and semi dry finish. Lingering floral orange and spices. OK but the soapy note is off putting.
