Keg at the White Hart, 24/10/14. Lightly hazed golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is earthy, straw, citric peel, pretty basic, no BA notes. Taste comprises lemon rind, spice, citric peel, earthy, farmyard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison, ticks the style boxes but pretty simple, didn’t get any BA from this.

Keg at the brewpub. Hazed pale yellow straw coloured pout with a halo of white head. Aroma is wood, booze and apple, fruity and floral, warming alcohol on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of wood, oak tanin , grainy, tart bit of apple. Palate is medium body, airy carbonation. Very tasty.

Keg at the White Hart - London. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Big saison yeast nose, some pale citrua and dough. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of lemon rind, more dough and Belgian yeast, slight apple peel. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet finish with further yeast, pale bread, some bitter hay, lemon rind. Pretty decent.
