Keg at the rake London bridge. Aroma is Belgian wit yeast in nature with delicate orange, coriander and bready dough malts. Clouded dark orange, murky amber coloured pour with a lasting light cream head that fades. Some earthy notes in the aroma as well. Flavour is relatively crisp, but with doughy wheat malts and a touch of toast in the finish. More orange and spices in the flavour and a semi dry assertive bitter finish. Palate is effervescent and the carbonation massages the tongue. Light chalk on the tongue. Rough earthy bitterness.

Light to medium sweet flavor with dry wheat bread, grains, slight berries and bubblegum, lemongrass, hay. Medium bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Moderately sweet onthe finish with touches of bitter grass, lemongrass, lightly dried berries, strawberry, bubblegum. Tasty beer. Pretty well balanced throughout.
