The perfect balance of malt and hop flavours, this delicious all-rounder is the result of continuous experimentation and development. The right amount of malty sweetness meets juicy hop character, making a beer that hits the spot every time.

I got to try this at the brewery twice: straight from the fermenter and on cask. From the fermenter it was vibrant with a lively sparkling carbonation and green hoppiness. On cask it had mellowed into a smooth and balanced APA with good drinkability.
