Cask (Baccus, Newcastle) - Gold/amber with a white head. Biscuity malt, grapefruit and toffee in the aroma. The taste is biscuity and quite dry with apricot, toffee and some faint citrus hints. Decent enough, but I was hoping for more.

Gravity dispense at the 15th Kingston BF, 16/05/14. Clear golden with moderate off white spotting. Nose is caramel malt, orange, peach, light pine, pinch of spice. Taste comprises caramel malt, straw, bitter orange, not a huge amount of flavour but not unpleasant. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so APA, the hops just don’t come through, no way an IPA!
