Gravity dispense at the Happy Man Spring BF, 14/03/14. Clear golden amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is toffee, fruit, bready notes, orange. Taste comprises bitter orange, fruit loaf, lemon rind, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. So so.

(Cask at Mill Hotel, Chester, 21 July 2009) Copper colour with brief, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, toffee and dusty hops. Fruity, malty taste with dried apricots, biscuity malt and hints of dusty hops in the finish. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Decent but hardly exciting.
