A cask conditioned European dark lager. A medium bodied beer with a crisp mouth feel. Brewed using Crystal hops to give a floral, woody aroma with some fruit then lightly dry hopped using Tettnang hops. Dark and malty but not cloying or bitter, a dangerously, deliciously moreish dark lager beer. You're the devil in disguise, oh yes you are!

Gravity dispense at EBF ’18, 10/08/14. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent light tan covering. Nose is light floral, spice, hoppy notes, dark malt, light citric notes. Taste comprises rich dark malt, spice, brown bread, background citric ntoes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough offering, if a little heavy on citricisms and hops for the style.
