Keg at the brewery tap, 21/02/14. Clear golden amber with a moderate white covering. Nose is biscuit malt, caramel, light perfumed aroma. Taste carries more biscuit notes, bread dough, light fruits, grain, caramel, grass. Medium bodied with prickly carbonation lending towards a semi drying close. Solid enough for style.

Keg at the brewery tap - Kentish Town, London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a large, billowy white cream head. The nose holds lots of husky grains and toasty biscuits. Light sweet flavor with bitter grains, dirty hay, moderate toasted biscuits, slight floral notes, bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. More dirty hay and grain husk bitterness in the finish moderate offsetting bready malt sweetness. The bitterness tilts this a little out of balance but otherwise it is good.
