On draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aroma has some latex notes. Flavors of biscuit. Surprisingly bitter finish.

Draft: Poured a deep amber color Kolsch(?) with a small foamy head with light retention and no lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt with light butterscotch notes. Taste is also dominated by light butterscotch notes with some caramel malt also noticeable. Body is light with medium carbonation. A bit dark for a Kolsch but drinkable nonetheless.
