Poured hazy yellow on draft from tiger. Lemony grassy notes and taste. Seemed almost wit-like.

Tap at the Blind Tiger, 25/11/13. Murky yellow/blonde with a big old billowing white head. Nose carries floral notes, yeast esters, earthy hop waft, mandarin, Yuzu orange, straw, citric tang, lemon rind, light spice. Taste comprises floral hops, liqourice, mandarin, tarte peach, lemon sherbet, orange peel, light funkdom. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light bitterness and fruit tang in the closure. Great depth for a sun 4% number - really liked the subtle nuances of this one!

Bottle at the Funky 8, Brooklyn, NYC. Cloudy yellow pour with a decent, white head. Belgian yeast on the nose with floral and fruity accents. Light to medium sweet flavor some zesty citrus, dough, spices. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pleasant finish, mildly bitter with more mild dough, spice, lemony citrus and some yeast. Light and mellow overall - in a good way. Nice beer.
