Fonefan 270215. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, grapefruit, pine. Flavour is pine, grapefruit, malt, hop, caramel. Bitter finish. Ordinary beer.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Södra Maltfabriken Half the Story ].Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, pine, fruity, plastic notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, woody hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150227]

Bottle. A lightly unclear, amber colored beer a small, light beige head. The aroma is quite hoppy, with resins, grapefruit and some pine cones. Caramel maltyness in the back. The flavor has a dusty, cellary touch, with caramel malts and some pale malts. Hops, pine cones and resins in the flavor, with a fine bitterness lasting for a while. Not bad this one, but sort of weird. I like the hop use though. 150227

330ml Bottle - Dark amber/copper with a small head. Marzipan, dried fruit, apricot and some slightly soapy hints in the aroma. Fruity and slightly sweet with notes of plums, dried apricot, marzipan and caramel.
