Draft at Pigs Ear 2013 - London. Pours clear brown with a bubbly tan head. Very dry with some chalky cocoa, dried pine, dirt. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry bittersweet cocoa to finish with more dry, burnt pine and general earthy bitterness. Decent if a bit ragged.

Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’13, 05/12/13. Hazed chestnut brown with light tan edgeing. Nose is earthy hops, tropical fruit notes, caramelised sugars, cocoa, red grapefruit, orange sherbet. Taste comprises light pine, Terrys chocolate orange, tangy red grapefruit, straw, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy hop bitterness loaded into the conclusion. Decent.
