Unlike the traditional Pilsners this is only a 4% lager, but it packs a punch, and hallmarks of the classic Czech style. Incredibly complex for only 4%, it's clean, fresh and precise with good weight and lasting bitterness.
Light straw coloured, clean with a fine persistent head. Classic European hop smell with aromas of straw, grass, honey, green fruit and a touch of lime peel and jasmine. In the mouth it's light and clean with a long lasting bitterness. Fresh and mouthwatering, with perfectly balanced grain and green flavours.

Keg at Craft Beer Rising 2014 - Brick Lane, London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice dry biscuit aroma. Lightly sweet, with crispy cereal, light hay bitterness. Light boied with average carbonation. Clean finish with more dry cereal, light lemon rind, biscuits. So solid and drinkable.

Keg at the vintage. Soft dry toffee malts, crisp bitterness, too cold and fizzy.

On keg at Factoberfest, Bristol, September 2013. Slightly above average lager, with a touch of hop and plenty of fizz.

Keg from Cross & Corner. Clear golden body with a medium white head that holds well. Lively, lasting carbonation. Great lacing. Aroma of herbs, hops and grain. Flavour is light and refreshing - grass, grain and faint lemon. Nice bitterness. Medium body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft carbonation. A lovely, soft Pilsner.
