Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'affumicato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pericolosa beverinità. Il finale è lungo e pulito. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, luppolo, resina, tabacco, terra, agrumi e affumicato.

Tap at Birrifugio Trastevere, 22/06/13. Clear golden amber with a good sized off white head. Nose is malt, caramel, light smoke. Taste comprises bready malt, subtle smoke, light toffee, frazzles light. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent smoked beer, fairly subtle but easy drinking.
