Tap at Bailey’s Taproom PDX, 26/05/13, listed as 6.6% ABV. Light black with a thin ran head. Nose is big on roast malt, bitter chocolate, liqourice, dark toffee. Taste comprises roast malt, molasses, biscuit, chocolate, bitter roast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, good roast bite in the finish. A most decent stout!

Tap at TFD Boise: Nearly a black pour with a nice creamy brown head. Very nice bits of lacing. Aroma is heavy on the roast with light amounts of coffee. Taste is again roasty with light coffee and a nice bittersweet cocoa sensation. Well balanced in flavor and has a nice creamy feel. Really quite enjoyable.

On Tap at Flying Pie in Boise. Pitch black with a very thick dense tan head. Nice roasted aroma with lots of chocolate, tootsie roll and Flavor is sharp roasted smokey goodness. Pretty full body, smooth palatte and soft carbonation. Leaves a slightly green hopppy bitterness at the end. A great middle weight stout.

On tap at Flying Pie Boise. Pours out a light black. Topped with a nice tan head. A great aroma and tast of roast. Also very sweet. I like this one.

I loved this stout. Draught at alehouse. Lekker malty aroma. Dark with lasting tan head. Pleasant flavour malty with notes of coffee, bittersweet chocolate. Lasting finish. The only solution when the class is empty is call for another.
