Sampled from the tap at Bier Stein. Pours a clear yellow with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has grass and light earthy citrus with a straw note supporting. Flavor has mild citrus with light grass and a bit of bread.

Draft pour at RBG. Pours a golden yellow color with a pillowy white head. Piney hop aroma. Crisp hop flavor, and a touch on the sweet side. Has a bitter hop bite way late in the palate. Overall a nice, crisp, refreshing pale. Good beer.

Aroma is actually woody-perfumy, so in the sandalwood incense mode. Earthy, some pine, a touch of breadcrust, but a bit of diacetyl kicking in late kind of buggers this up for me.

Tap at Backwoods, Carson, 24/05/13. Murky orange amber with a thin white head. Nose is pale malt, fresh hops, bitter orange, grapefruit, light pine. Taste comprises hops, light grapefruit, grass, touch of minerals, orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light bitterness in the finish. Ok APA, one of the better offerings I had at Backwoods. Aroma started off well but the flavour profile dropped away in the taste a little.
