Cask at the Bear (JDW), Maidenhead. Reddish copper with a tight cream head; citrus aroma; citrus taste with some carmael, grainy body with a pleasant herbal bitterness thatโs quite persistant; leaving a bready, herball, finish. A satisfying pint.

Cask at the EUSC, Egham, 15/03/13. Clear copper/amber wih a medium sized off white head. Nose is caramel, biscuit, malt, sugar, touch of orange. Taste comprises caramel. toffee, biscuit, malt, light hops. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter in the finish. Ok/average bitter, veering towards an ESB.
