Brewed to enjoy durng the rugby wold cup . A touch of crystal malt in the grist leads to a a pale golden brew, with a malty-sweet aftertaste. Tangy hop bitterness and floral/fruity aromas dominate.

Cask at the Victoria Inn, Rugby, 06/03/13. Clear copper coloured with an off white head that retains well. Nose is dark malts, light toffee, touch of fruit. Taste comprises dark malt, fruits, sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, pleasant feel on the palate, some bitterness in the finish. Ok.

Great label paying homage to the fizzy drink ’Iron Brew’. Has a distinctive deep bitterness and taste.
