Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 10/02/13. Light black with a bubbly tan head that retains well. Nose is dark malts, liqourice, treacle toffee, light plastic, aniseed, booze, dark fruits. Taste comprises dark malts, dark toffee, mineral notes, dates, raisens, dark toffee fudge, spice. Full bodied with fine carbonation, smooth on the palate. A very drinkable dark fruity imperial stout, alcohol is well integrated, good stuff.

nera non molta schiuma poco persistente nocciola mandorla lievito etilico buon corpo poco gassata dolce leggera acidità non molto lungo leggere astringenze
