Tap at Brouwer’s Cafe, Seattle - 08/11/12. Slightly obscured reddish brown with a big off white head - this looks the bollocks (shame it didn’t continue that way!!!). Nose comprises caramel malts, hops, pine, sugar, hints of strawberry licqeur. Tastes of sweet caramel malt, strawberry, pine, sugary sugary sugary. Medium body with soft carbonation leading to a sweet over sugared finish. Way too sweet becoming a little undrinkable towards the end and I did in fact give up 2/3rds of the way through my 12oz pour!
