Flavor is nearly not sour but has a honey base and a herbs and faint hop balance. Clearly a beer not a mead but I am quite certainly. Honey has been added. Clearly one of the moat special spice beers I have ever had. All the flavors add up to a very pleasant sweet and herbal bitter beer. Palate is very soft. Alc is very hidden. I found the bottle in the grocery store in deia , 75 cl at 8.25 euros. Never seen it elsewhere.
