Tap at the Fat Cow on the Roof, Bangkok. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, biscuit, dough, light orange citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, dry, malty, yeasty, fresh light citrus, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
