Gylden brun noe tåkete med lavt offwhite skum somblir helt borte. Lukter gress, trevirke, sitrusskall, smør og krydder. Søtbitter smak. Vingummi, fløtekaramell og noe røde bær. Kort. Ser død ut, men føles perlende.

Pale golden color with a quickly diminishing white head. Aroma has notes of citrus with yeasty notes. Flavor with a mild bitterness, yeasty notes, some fruity hints with acidic mouthfeel in the final.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Haandbryggeriet Høst ].[ Trade by yngwie ]. Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, herbs, moderate yeasty, spicy, apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apples, spicy, saison yeast, apple juice, sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20150117]

Bottle. Hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy with flowers and mildly funky cider. Fairly light bodied, highish carbonation. Not as apple-ly as suggested by the aroma, but certainly there. Also apricots, dough, spices. Dryish finish with moderate bitterness. Refreshing, quite engaging.
