Golden colour. Moderate apple aroma. Moderate sweet and dry powerful apple flavor. Acerare finish. Oily palate.

330ml bottle from Bien Manger. Pours a clear gold, very light carbonation. Light medium desert apple and grape aroma. Moderately syrupy sweet, expected a sharp basque profile but it's not at all, actually bears a likeness to white wine, more grape notes than apple coming through. Interesting, decent.
