Named after a mysterious, ghostly rabbit from Rochdale, this pale ale has malt flavours of freshly baked bread, digestive biscuit and a hint of honey sweetness. Balanced against this is a subtle bitterness and flavours of citrus and tropical fruit from Ernest and Harlequin hops.

Healthy pale ale with a nice taste and dryness. Lots of hoppiness and happiness as my spell checker wants it to read.
