Draught. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty adn light hoppy herbal aroma. Moderate bitter spicy (cinnamon) flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draught @ Zum Petrusbrau. Beautiful dark red to dark amber color, medium to full sized beige head that lasts for quite a long time. Smell and taste malts, lightly bitter, some caramel, light malt bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Trierer Petrusbräu Spezial ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, butter, light bread. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, caramel, nutty, toffee, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150201]

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Malty-worthy beginning. Very dry, slightly grainy, fresh but a bit dusty. Bitter-malty aftertaste, nice round, not too deep with hints of roasted malt. Nice.
