This Spring pale was brewed with Belgian yeast and dry hopped with plenty of Citra. It is a beauty, even if we do say so ourselves.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a thin beige head, aroma has citrus and a hint of apple, taste has pale, malts, some citrus, slight yeast, some underlying spice, a bit meh tbh

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Hazed gold. Shiny, dense, lively, white head, kept alive by a constant stream of fine bubbles. Nose has lemon sponge. Sourdough bread. Some spicy yeast. Taste is bready sweet, with a little hop spice. Foamy mouthfeel. Bready finish. Added this as an APA, but Belgian Ale would cover it too. Bit of a hybrid, that doesn’t really work either way. It’s ok.
