750ml bottle at 11%. Pours jet black with a medium head. Aroma is bourbon, some maple syrup, a little ashy vinegar. Taste has sweet maple syrup to start and an ashy sour bourbon finish. Cocoa on the aftertaste.

Keg at Tilt Brum; dark brown pour with a thin tan head, aroma has light bourbon, taste has bourbon, hint of vanilla, some coffee.
