Not a gran cru of creativity but it is a decent pils, on the Swiss way, of course. Perfect for the meal at night, malty, rather dry, a bit smooth, watery, discreet note of honey, a bit fruity, you get probably a perle hop at the final, 01.05.21, buying it at the coop city Bern, serving me at Epalinges.

opalescent pale yellow colour, large, dense and stable white head; aroma and taste of a typical lager with bread crust, slight grassy, sourish, moderate metallic and buttery notes; drinkable
