Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized off-white head; aroma of pineapple, grapefruity, orange and lemon zesty, pimey, slight earthy-cellary and biscuity notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some horseradish-like spiciness in the back; excellent DIPA
