The VALAISANNE Lager with its bright golden colour and a magnificent foam crown is always a real feast for the eyes and taste buds. Thanks to the traditional brewing process and the addition of the classic aromatic hops Spalter Select, Saazer and Bravo, a spicy and slightly fruity hop flower unfolds. The aromas harmonize perfectly with the mild taste of this dry hopped lager. A pleasant mouthfeel reveals itself, which is rounded off by a fine bitterness.

Canned 500ml. -from Coop Conthey Bassin (Sion). Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, malty and light floral nose. Floral, herbal, light fruity, notes of caramel and bitterish sweetish finish.

0,33 flaske fra minibaren på Hotel Bernina Geneve, via Einars importkoffert: klar gylden med fint skum som varer lenge. Fint floralt anslag etterfulgt av deilig smak med løvskog, blomster og litt citrus. Mild bitterhet og fin maltsmak. Slank og elegant.

Sour milk, caramel malt, and dry hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter grass/fresh hay flavor. Good body.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a neat and lacing, white head. Nice malty nose with a floral note, but I won't claim that I can detect the triple dryhopping! Medium body, a nice clean and dry maltiness with a substantial bitterness. A lovely Lager. 030325

Clear golden colour, medium sized dense white head, aroma of herbal, grassy, grainy-malty and some metallic notes; taste of of a quite well balanced lager with some herbal hoppy dominance, not bad
