Opalescent pale yellow colour, large though not too stable head; aroma of dry soirish white wine, passionfruit, maybe some mango and vinegar; taste is dominated by acidoc soirness with passionfruity and dry white wine notes; good one

Keg at Shilling. It pours cloudy muted gold with a tiny white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy, plenty of passion fruit, tropical vibes, mango and orange chewits. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, good mouth - pucker, sour passion fruit, mango, sour candies, minerality, mango, touch of pineapple and sherbet with a zingy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright, fresh and sour. Probably my favourite shilling beer to date.
