Aroma of wheat, grains, yeast, rotten vegetables, fruity notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a light bitter finish. Starts out okay-ish but turns out unpleasant when you drink more of it.

Bottle @ home. Clear orange golden color, average sized off-white head that diminishes pretty quickly. Aroma is dough, bread and slightly sour with a touch of banana and rotting oranges. Taste is slightly malts, slightly herbal, slightly some spice, orangepeel and just a little weird. I don’t like it at all. Drainpour.

Fast klare dunkel goldene Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nach trockenen reifen Früchten, muffig, würzig. Geschmack zunächst sehr würzig, dann kommen trockene Früchte hinzu, das ganz ist muffig und trocken, nicht so mein Fall.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Wheaty, yeasty fruity and cheesy aroma, hints of apricot, cheesecake, minimally herbal hoppy overtones, a touch of watercress. Taste is quite similar, less cheesy, fruity hints of apricot. OK, it’s a Wheat Ale, but definitely not a German Hefeweizen - neither if intended as imitation nor advancement of the style. However, not completely charmless.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Muifelbrouwerij Kruijens Kracht Weizen ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, mineraels, yeast, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, yeast, mineraels. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150117]
